The company OMOS, s.r.o. was established in 1993. The company was founded by experienced people from the field of development and production of machine tools, who perceived the great need of the market after repairs and modernizations of these machines. Subsequent experience and successes from repairs and modernizations were later the basis for the emergence of a new ambition to produce their own machines in a contemporary modern style and design.
